Why I wanna insist on remembering the name of herb that I hate is bcoz, firstly, I dont wanna get 'suan' for not knowing the name of the herb/food you hate eating and lastly, I think it is a must to know the things/person that you hate, if not how to prove that you really hate that thing/person.
I think coriander leaves are the correct ones that we put on chinese dishes, and parsley is the one that we put as garnish on western/european food.

ReplyDeleteThe green green leaves on majority of Chinese, Thai & Vietnamese cuisines are coriander leaves.
The herb on pasta you are toking abt should be finely chopped parsley. Another type of herb used in pasta is thyme. tiny, pointed leaves like rice grain shape.

ReplyDeleteif u toking abt "juz plunk it" on topof pasta, looked like a mini bush... it's parsley. Thyme is very tiny leaf like herb which u sprinkle on top of pasta.
