We have fatty meat with szechuan vegetable, stir fry pig's liver, stir fry sliced fish, mixed vegetable, chilli prawn, egg & onion omelette and pig's tail soup! YUM!

Just came back from ktv with Supi and Kok Kee.
2nd time we went ktv together. Fun! I really like supi's voice. Very clear and melodious~

We had our dinner together at some shop in Liang Court. Just had to wait for Supi to send me the photos so that I can upload them here! :)

Volleyball Session @ SPH

Teeheehee. I'm so happy today! It's been years since I played indoor volleyball! Gosh, how I missed it! So, it's a super uber duper ultra thanks to Cindy sis for sneaking me and Amy sis into their volleyball training session at SPH. Hopefully I can join them again!

The 'coach' is actually one of their colleagues and she(hazel) used to be a player from Peicai. As most players from my age group should know, Peicai has one of the 1st class VB teams among other sec schools. My coach is the same coach of Peicai. But ironically, my school is among one of the lowest ranks. Haha! I missed my coach, Mr. Ho.. and sometimes I do think about the past and the stupid things we did which caused the closing down of the VB team. Till now, it's one of the things I regretted the most. Sigh. If given a chance again to play and train for indoor court, I will grab that chance and never let go. Even if I were to be a watergirl. I am willing.

Anw, there's another girl, Angela whom is a player too. She's damn good and very versatile. I would definitely want to practise with her cos I think I can learn alot from her. But cos I'm shy la, so didn't dare to talk to her. :(

It was a good session today with lots of sweat and calories burned. Heh.

Dinner at a nearby coffeeshop with Cindy sis and Amy sis. Very yummy food and reasonable pricing too. The pictures doesn't do justice to the tastiness of the food at all. Cos my phone's camera sucks.

Porridge Steamboat Buffet

Had another steamboat this week! Gosh, I'm supposed to slim down before dandan comes back. But here I go, eating and eating! Why do I have such bad friends around me?! *Glares*

Before dinner, went grocery shopping at NTUC @ Amk Hub.

Dinner with Mama, Benson, Sandy and Mit. Sandy was saying that dandan had missed our 2nd steamboat dinner. He loves steamboat. :) This steamboat shop is at AMK Central.


Anyway, the shop only haves 3 soup bases. Tomyum, chicken and porridge. Initially I thought the porridge base will be like those lumpy porridge, but its not! Its those soupy porridge base where the rice grains are soooo little! Its more like gruel. Haha. But, it's delicious!

$15 nett per person comes with free flow of the usual ingredients of steamboat buffet and also, drinks and ice-cream. Very worth it. Even for those small eaters.

And just now then I realised that, Benson is such a carnivorous!! He devoured 2 big plates each of meat slices, rolls of sausages and balls and balls of meatballs! Madness!!! But of course with a little help from us. But he said that, if he is with his friend Weijie, they can eat even more! SIAO! It's a torture to the stomach to eat so much!!


Alright, MJ again now! They are waiting for me~

I think there's something wrong with dandan's phone. I can't seem to reach him. :(

Laksa Steamboat and Boiler

Yesterday, Sandy asked Mit to come over to my office to fetch me before heading to Little India Arcade to pick her up. The surroundings of Sandy's office building is so bustling with life and music! So different from my office area. :P

William met up with us at Bugis village to look for and buy Joanne's present. But the actual looking for her present was done by Sandy and me. No idea why the guys were there for lo. Hahaa.

Then went to Telok Blangah for the Laksa Steamboat. I love the feeling of being in a airconditioned room and then eating steamboat! Yumyum~ It's my first time eating laksa steamboat. It's actually the very normal kind of steamboat we usually have, just that, they have the laksa gravy/sauce/soup as one of the soup base. It's not buffet style, but ala carte. Total bill for the 4 of us is around $50+. Quite reasonable. :)

Initially, Sandy and mit wanted to play MJ and I have already plans to go Boiler as Nica jio-ed me to go earlier on. And I would be meeting Jling at 10pm at Harbourfront MRT. Then mit received a msg from Alex's gf that it's alex birthday today, so wanna go Dblo. But then Justin not willing to go Dblo, so he suggested Dragonfly. Then after some discussions, they came down to Boiler with me too. :D Yeah! So, everything was very last minute for Sandy and Mit. Sandy made do with my makeup and put on a new dress she had bought for Joanne's party. Haha.

After drinking like 1 glass, Jling suddenly black out and asked me to bring her to the restroom. At that moment, I thought that she seh and gone already. Cos she stumbled when there are steps. And couldn't walk straight! But it was just at the moment she felt that way. After awhile, she became normal again. SIAO one! Gave me a shock man. Haha. But her bf wasnt too happy. I guess he was dead worried for her. So in the end, I told her to go back home to pacify him first. That's the only way. :)

So the party continues. Then melvin came to fetch nica and gave me a ride too. Went to Bugis to eat at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe and then head home. When eating, dandan called me. :)

Argh! My neck is still as stiff as ever! And the Salon Pas doesn't seem to be working for me!

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

It was such a busy day today! Only managed to knock off work at 6.30pm. And I had to reach Suntec by 7.30pm to catch Wolverine with Nica and Melvin. She got the tickets free as it's a company's outing. The seats are not that good tho, 3rd row from the front. And Melvin was sitting on the opposite side. But still, THANK YOU BBF! :D

Anyway, it's the 2nd time I'm watching this show. Cos Weian bought back the leaked version of the show from Germany and lent it to Benny. Cos supposedly way before the show started screening, the leaked version is circulating in the market. So benny, mama and I watched it on sunday. But then hor, it's damn lame, cos it also consists of the uncut/unedited version. It is just a consolidated draft of all the shots being put in sequence. There are scenes where you can still see the hanging wires, the greenish 3D parts of the sceneries and graphic stunts of wolverine. LOL. Everytime we see the unedited scenes, we will roll our eyes. Haha. But about 90% of the movie scenes are already up. So quite ok. But overall, I watched it for the storyline cos I know that when I watched it with nica today, I won't be able to catch it clearly, cos it will be too near.

I kinda like the storyline of this X-Men Origins: Wolverine cos it fits nicely with the previous X-Men movies. However, they should hire the same character that acted as Colonel Stryker. Anyway, Im kinda confused. Cos after the 1st watch on the show, I went to research on Wikipedia about the whole X-Men stuff and then came upon that Sabretooth is supposedly to be Wolverine's arch enemy and they might be father and son in the Marvel comics. Anyone familiar with the marvel comics? Mind explaining to to me?

X-Men and the other Marvel heroes are so interesting! Many many different stories. How I hope there's a channel (be it tv or online) where they list down all the previous X-Men cartoons and I can watch them all over again! *pouts* My favourite hero is Storm!

Anw after the show, Melvin drove to Chong Pang Nasi Lemak for our dinner. I'm surprised to find that Chong Pang Nasi Lemak seemed to lost its previous luster. It used to be damn crowded and bustling with people. Now, there's only 3 tables there when we were there. Or during that timing, the crowd is not there yet? *Shrugs*

Oh oh, had a funny conversation with Dandan on msn just now when I was about to knock off from work.
Dan: My colleague ask me to help her buy something from Singapore.
Me: What thing?
Dan: Hp Chan
Me: What is that?
Dan: Handphone
Me: What handphone chan? (I was wondering whether is it handphone clan. but it doesnt make sense as well)
Me: What is chan?????
Dan: handphone chain
Me: ........ WTF.

LOL. Another of his spelling mistakes again. BTH. May seems not funny at all to you, but he never fails to make me smirk and laugh at him whenever he had such spelling mistakes. So cute! :P
Then he called me around 10+pm to explain to me why he spelled wrong. Haha. Saying he just woke up, so very blur. Sigh, makes me miss my blurblur again. :(

Anyway, BBF stands for Best Best Friend or Best of Best Friends. Although the norm term is BFF = Best Friend Forever. I thought it sound so cliche as most girls are using it. So I tweaked it a lil and changed to BBF. :)

Dead Sea Mud

Went for our dinner at Food republic at Vivocity with Mama and Cindy sis. LOL. I think it's the first time we met up on a Monday. It used to be Wednesday cos we will go for some drinks after that at St. James or go to Studio6 for singing and drinking. But it's beeen a long time since we went to Studio6.

Cindy sis intro-ed us to a shop in Vivo where they sell Dead Sea's Mud scrub and mask. Basically the shop sells beauty products at dirt cheap price. It's quite a good steal, I would say. The shop's location is damn ulu lo. Scrub selling at $8.70 where the usual price is $40+. Initially I wondered whether the scrub is really that useful. So, I voiced out to Cindy sis and she took my hand to brush against her thigh and elbow. Fine enough, I got my proof. Her thigh is damn silky and smooth! And elbow, not the kind of rough texture of mine. That's why she kept pushing us to buy cos 1stly, it's really value for money and 2ndly, the scrub works. Hopefully, I will get silky and smooth skin too. Provided, Im not that lazy.

I really admire Cindy sis. She always have this kind of lobangs up her sleeves. The heels she wore yesterday was from Max Mara which costs $200+ usual price. She bought it at $50 nett. I still remembered she bought Nue shoes at $10. For girls who knows Nue, they should know the pricing for it. She's really informative in relation to ladies' stuff. Everytime I see her, she looks so trendy. And she's already a mother of 2 boys lo. Dylan 6yrs and Danzel 4yrs.

Anw, then met up with Amy sis and Tevin Bro where Tevin fetched us to Partyworld @ Shenton Way. The room they gave us is damn small lo. Cindy sis and Amy sis are very good singers which I think they inherited the talent from their dad whom is my mom's only brother. But ironically, my mom can't sing. -.- But seriously, I think she just needs alot of practice. :P

The surrounding small buildings beside Partyworld @ Shenton Way are all niteclubs, (I presume cos I did saw a few). And the toilet is somehow shared with another niteclub. There are around 5-6 girls wearing very sleazy clothing in the toilet, touching up their makeup and conversing in either Vietnamese or Thai. And as Nelson bro is working as a papa-san in a niteclub at Orchard area, he told us before that, the crowd on Sunday is damn bad. Cos Sunday is supposedly a family day. Whereas business is good on Monday-Fri, that is the men patrons niteclub during the weekdays. LOL. How typical.

Didn't have a chance to chat online with dandan cos he's already at work. It's 1.33PM over at his place now. A complete opposite of Singapore's time. :( Hopefully tomorrow morning at work, we would have a chance to chat.

Different Night

Warning: Huge chunk of post!

Dandan just called me!! :D Aft 13hrs of flight, he just reached Frankfurt, Germany and is on a 1hr transit. He mentioned that he couldn't sleep on the plane at all, so he has finished the Red Cliff II movie and halfway through Bride Wars. LOL. Really hope he can enjoy himself although this is a business trip :)

Anw, yday reached dandan house around 5+pm and started re-packing his luggage. Repack because I think the Samsonite one is too small, and there isn't enough time to take the hard-case luggage from my cousin, so gotta use his sis's Polo big luggage. Heh. And in between packing, I managed to put on my makeup. Clever right? Girls are good at multi-tasking. And after packing in 2-3 more sets of clothes for him, there is still alot of space left. And that means, more presents for me!!! Haha!! Oh, I remembered AST asked me whether can she also put in her Longchamp bag into dandan's luggage. (So that he can pack presents for her too). LOL, she soo cute right? But I told her: NO! :P At 6.30pm, aft finishing the packing and I'm done with my makeup, I stole a 1/2 hr of nap whilst waiting for dandan's papa to come home.

Left for airport around 7.30pm with his whole family and reached Terminal 3 around 8pm. Met up with mama and brothers as they are there to send dandan off too. It's really a small world, cos apparently, mama and his dad had met before cos he used to come to mama's coffeeshop to buy kopi-o as he used to work nearby to our shop. And the thing is, me and brothers used to help our at mama shop very regularly, so there's a big chance that I had met his dad earlier. -.- But it was awkward atmosphere la. Kinda like Meet-The-Parents session. I'm quite proud of mama :D Cos she seems very cool about it and did mingle around too.

Then I taught Dandan how to look out for his flight number and the row he has to check in his luggage. Aft checking in, we went to look for food to eat. And, WOW, the crowd is really crazy. Every eating spot is sooo packed to the brim by people. Aft walking here and there, we settled for Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe and queued for 1/2 hour. My heels are killing me man! Argh! Weida and Carrie met up too, cause they were there to send off dandan and also to wait for weida's mom to arrive back in singapore around 3am.

Aft dinner, it's time to send dandan off. :( At that moment, I still don't have any mixed feelings about sending him off. Just very neutral feelings. Took some photos before he left. Then dan's papa sent me to Dblo. :D

It's another crazy night out! People that were there was Sandy, Mitchell, Kelvin, Patrick, Jeffrey and 1 other guy. Jeffrey and tt guy is Sandy's primary school mate which I first met them on Sandy's last yr birthday. The retro music sucks actually. But the crowd was fun. At about 3am, Jeffrey and guy went to buy tequila shots. SIAO! I told them, I'm going home on my own and my bf isn't here to take care of me. So I had stopped drinking since 2.30am and will not drink anymore. Altho, Sandy offered to let me stay over at their place, BUT, I don't have any stayover clothes ma. Probably this sat when going for Joanne's party, I might stay over at her place, if she offer again :P Then I finally get to know the waiter's name which I met at dblo last sat. His name's Ruben. At around 3am, he also brought over a free jug of Whiskey Coke for us. He told me is a wrong order from a customer so he brought it over to let us drink. Initially we just wanna leave it there la, cos really cannot drink anymore. But Sandy say must finish, if not next time, no more free drinks. LOL. Ok lo, so i went to trick some strangers to drink whereas I didnt drink a single drop of it. Haha! Clever right?

But although it was a fun night, but I felt alone. Felt like, something was missing in my life. But it wasn't something, it was my Dandan. Even mitchell was telling me, he missed Dandan's presence. And when it was time to go home, I felt even more lonely. Cos whenever we go clubbing, he was always there for me. So I kinda take for granted of his presence that he will be with me and I will be looked after. But yday he wasn't with me. So I gotta be disciplined and not drink as much as when he is with me and look after myself. While cabbing home, I msged him and told him how much I missed him.

I really miss Dandan. I thought that with him on the business trip, I can go out on Wednesday night for ladies night cos when he's around, he wouldnt allow cos he always tell me there's still work on Thursday so must be 懂事 and don't put ur work at risk. Cos he knows that I will definitely not go for work on Thursday. After yday night, I doubt I will be going for ladies night already. Cos, even when I was partying yday, I don't really feel the maximum joy. I still felt unhappy bcoz he wasn't beside me. :(

Gotta head out for lunch now and most likely another MJ session later. :)

17 Again

Yeah! I finally bought my winnie the pooh diary planner!

Looked high and low for it. Literally. Went to Taka departmental store and couldnt find it, and the saleslady told me to go up to Lvl3 Kinokuniya to find them. In the end, I was late in meeting the rest. LOL.

Just came back from dinner and movies with dandan, kenneth, suyin, weida and carrie at Plaza Sing. Dinner at Yoshinoya. Although it's delicious but I find that the pricing for yoshinoya is abit overrated. Aft dinner, as our movie starts at 9.20pm and we got like 1 hour's time to walk around, so we went to Carrefour. Bought 2 packets of umeshu.. my favourite!

Then went to arcade and the boys played the basketball game. I almost won a PS3 (altho I secretly wish that it is a Wii. :x) by playing the machine where you have to align the red spots in one line. I went up to the last stage and I always missed by 1 spot, either too early or too late. It was very addicting. :(

[17 Again] is quite oookay.. Nothing much to comment on and had a very predictable ending. The male lead who is a high school basketball star player gave up his bright future to be with his gf who is pregnant with his kid. And for 20 years, he kept blaming his wife for his lousy life, etc. In the end, they are on the edge of divorce. So the male lead had a chance to turn back to when he was at 17, and mingled into the life of his wife and children. Helping out his son in getting into the bball team and stopping his daughter from getting scored by a jerk. In the end, he realises that even if he had another shot at his future back when he was young, he will still choose his wife. Predictable right?

During the movie, I was so embarrassed. I took off my sandals, and I put my feet on the armrest between the seats infront of me. So halfway through the show, I was explaining some scenes to dandan and didnt notice that the ladies infront of me was trying to get my attention. When I finally notice them, they were looking damn pissed at me and keep pointing where my feet is. LOL. So, I apologised and took my feet away lo. No problem! :P But I secretly suspect that it's because of the smell that had attracted them to my feet. LOL!

Anw, now that I have a new blog, sandy has a new blog and now even benson has a new blog. LOL. Is our trend kinda outdated? The blogging fever was like 2-3 years ago? LOL. Or maybe even long ago. Haha!

Alright, gonna stop for now, the MJ session is starting soon! With dandan, sandy and mitchell. Yeah~ Been ages since I played MJ. So may the ladyluck be with me!

Fast & Furious 4

Yesterday, cancelled my bwax appointment at the last minute. Cos due to some weird planning from the boys, I thought there wasn't enough time for me to go for the session. On the contrary, I had more than enough time to go. But since I had cancelled it, so let it be.

Loitered around Plaza Sing while waiting for dan and the couple to arrive. Was looking for the cute Classic Pooh diary planner, but couldnt find it. I only know that the deparmental store at Taka sells them. Was supposed to buy it aft my bwax appt, but shoot. Anyway, I still have friday to buy it cos will be meeting dan's gang at Plaza Sing AGAIN to have dinner and to catch [17 Again].

Aft meeting up with dan, sandy and mitchell, we went for our dinner at Manhatten Fish Market. I still preferred the good ol' Fish & Co tho. Me + Dan ordered the Manhatten Seafood Platter for 2, Sandy ordered Grilled Seafood Platter for 1 and Mit ordered classic Fish & Chips. They ordered each a Mocktail which I personally preferred the Pink drink over the blue drink. The meals came, and I had a hard time removing the prawns from the shell. As clumsy as always, I had cheese splattered on my hair. *rolls eyes* But they had this hugeass LCD tv mounted on the wall which had ocean life and fishes playing on it and that somehow made me put the clumsiness out of my mind. I missed watching Discovery Channel :(

Aft dinner, we girls went shopping and the boys went to window shopped on figurines. Bought one yellow cardigan and one light grey cardigan at 2 for $25 and sandy bought one purple polka dots dress at $20+. All from Cotton On.

Thereafter, had a fast-paced stroll to Cathay Picturehouse to catch [Fast & Furious 4]. Vin Diesel is soo charming! Reminds me of Ami from Miami Ink! *Drools* They almost look alike with the exception that Ami has tattoos covered all over his body. :P I've catched F&F 1 and 2. Didnt remember whether I had watched F&F 3 which is staged at Tokyo. It started off with (Dom)Vin and (Letty)Michelle Rodriguez and 4 other ppl practically stealing trailer fuel tanks from a moving truck. Quite realistic. Afterwhich, Dom left Letty cos he doesnt want to her to see him getting arrested cos many people are looking for him.Then came news that Letty was murdered. Which led to Dom coming back to LA to investigate on her murder and revenge and a renewed liaison with Brian. Not much car action tho, and more on showing the softer side of Dom. Eventually, the bad guys get their desserts, Dom was arrested voluntarily but the judge deemed that one good deed cannot undo many bad deeds, and sentenced him to 25 years in parole without early release. The last scene shows that Brian along with Dom's sis and 2 other guys coming to his rescue when Dom was on the bus to the jailhouse. I'm soo looking forward to F&F5!
